Hi! I'm Anisha, a product designer with a passion for cross-functional learning.

My design journey began with a background in architecture: a multi-faceted discipline that taught me how design on all scales––from spaces, to cities, to products––can inform user behaviors. It also drew out my love for optimizing technology to express my ideas in visually dynamic, effective ways.

But while architecture focuses on how to facilitate these  behaviors through spatial design, I am interested in digging deeper into the why. It's the powerful stories and motivations behind users' decisions that create impactful designs that transcend the product itself.

I grew up moving across continents and cities starting in New York, to London, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and Copenhagen. While I've now made it full circle back to New York, I am a global citizen whose eagerness to explore different cultures and places translates into an eagerness to explore different applications of design.

And that’s the beauty of product design; there is no limitation as to what a “product” is.

It can be architectural. It can be digital. It can transcend disciplines.

I'm currently based in New York, but I grew up moving across continents in cities from London, to Hong Kong, and Copenhagen. And now I am a global citizen whose eagerness to explore different cultures and places translates into an eagerness to explore different applications of design.

I’m often associated with the roadrunner because I’m constantly on the move

I ground myself through

Food, dance & travel

Eating food, talking about it, looking at it...they all bring me joy.

I practice Bharatanatyam (South Indian classical dance).

And my true home is above the clouds

I'm most inspired when

Walking 30,000+ steps exploring a new city,

Planning an itinerary around restaurants to eat at, and soaking up a new culture like an eager sponge
